Welcome! I am a Clinical Assistant Professor of Economics at the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Riverside, Riverside in 2023. Before pursuing my doctoral studies, I gained research and industry experience at the ASEAN-India Centre at RIS, the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, and as an Analyst at Infosys.

My research interests lie in applied microeconomics, with a focus on labor economics and development economics. I study intergenerational mobility, health economics, human capital formation, and the evaluation of public policies. My work employs experimental and quasi-experimental methods and is primarily situated in the context of South Asia and North America.
