I am a Clinical Assistant Professor of Economics at the University at Buffalo, State University of New York. I am also a research fellow at the Global Labor Organization (GLO). I received my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Riverside.
I am an applied microeconomist with primary research interests in development economics, labor economics, and health economics. My research focuses on how policies and institutions shape human capital across generations, with a focus on education, health, and labor markets.
